At Suzies, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
